Diamond Coverage – $1,199 Yearly / $122 Monthly (USA Only)
Our Diamond Coverage is our most comprehensive warranty plan, offering premium protection and top-priority support to keep your engraving system in peak condition. Here’s what this elite coverage includes:
- Service Parts & Shipping: 100% of all service parts and shipping charges are covered.
- Wear & Tear: 100% off all wear and tear parts
- Consumables: 75% Discounted
- Priority Support: Direct, priority access to our dedicated service department. Our technical support team is available for immediate, free assistance whenever you need it, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Repair Services: Should your engraver require repairs, all necessary parts are shipped with free delivery
Diamond Coverage delivers the ultimate in convenience, support, and savings, making it the ideal choice for those who want the highest level of service for their engraving systems.
Platinum Coverage – $899 Yearly / $97 Monthly (USA Only)
Best Coverage Option – Full Protection
- Service Parts & Shipping: 100% of all service parts and shipping charges are covered.
- Wear & Tear & Consumables: 60% off.
- Priority Support: Access a direct dial to the service department manager for real-time troubleshooting.
- Repair Services: All parts needed to repair your engraver are shipped within 3-5 business days at no additional cost (expedited shipping available at extra charge).
Gold Coverage – $799 Yearly / $92 Monthly (Worldwide)
Comprehensive Coverage
- Service Parts: 100% of service parts are included, but shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Wear & Tear & Consumables: 50% off.
- Technical Support: Get direct access to our service team to diagnose problems over the phone, with all necessary service parts provided at no cost.
Silver Coverage – $499 Yearly / $59 Monthly (Worldwide)
Essential Coverage
- Service Discount: 50% discount on service parts and repairs.
- Wear & Tear & Consumables: 25% off.
- Technical Support: You pay 50% of the service charges and the full shipping cost for parts.

Once your warranty is confirmed, you will receive a discount code that can be applied at checkout on future purchases. This code will provide you with discounted pricing on eligible parts and services based on your coverage level (Platinum, Gold, or Silver).

Warranties are available for new purchases and requalified machines. Third-party machines must be recertified before coverage begins.
